Mark Berns, P.E., M. ASCE
Mark started his career working for one of the nation's largest contracting and engineering companies, Kiewit. In 2017 he went full-time on his own business and since then has been leveraging his prior experience in construction to help design efficient and contractor-friendly engineering designs for heavy civil infrastructure projects throughout the U.S. He is currently a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin. |
Partnering & Licensure
Berns Infrastructure regularly teams with other design and consulting firms in order to provide additional project resources and to provide construction engineering design services in states where we do not currently hold a PE license. Licensure is generally not required unless construction documents require a PE stamp. For nearly all other services, we are able to support your project, regardless of location. Berns Infrastructure currently maintains Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin. Additional states can be added if necessary to fulfill project or legal requirements. |
